The master’s thesis is the written exposé of the results of a research project carried out as part of a master’s program. The master’s thesis must show that candidates have the aptitude to conduct research and is skilled at presenting the results of their work.
A student willing to withdraw or to modify his master’s thesis or his Ph.D. dissertation submitted to Papyrus has to:

• In case the student signs it as NOT confidential, if the advisor/co-advisor believes that confidentiality is appropriate, she/he may modify this agreement, indicating the reason before signing it (Point 3.2 of the intellectual property regulations of the UPC). The student will receive information on this.
The advisor has to validate this confidentiality agreement before being able to validate the Final report file.
